Hey Brian, you are out of date mate :rofl: the asbestos gloves has been banned since in the 80's or 90's, but you can get BBQ gloves which contains neoprene or silicone, and as FOR SAFETY DO NOT USE kitchen or oven gloves/mitt as most of them are made of terry cloth and are flammable.

And additional to the above lists, for the weekend at the campsite:
*beers, liqueurs/spirits
*cool box/bag

Do we need to bring owt or do owt?

I usually explain it on the Saturday,for those who are coming to the BBQ.
Basically,I collect approx £7 per person,off everyone wanting to attend and then a few of us go along and buy the Food etc, usual Burgers,Sausages etc of different types and Rolls,sauces,snacks/nibbles,BBQ Coals,etc etc All Provided for. Everything needed down to the lighter fluid and paper plates,lol.
There's enough for everyone to have 2 Burgers and A sausage or even two,in rolls or not,your choice,plus crisps/nuts to nibble while BBQ cooks.

If you want to bring,or buy locally Some Alcohol,then that's about it,as that's NOT provided,haha
(What do u want for £7 per person,lol)

There is however,a very good wee onsite Bar where we have the BBQ,at the Campsite (walking distance is short from Hotel).
