Os,third-party websites often have one or two rooms kept by hotels in reserve for them.

Hi everyone....
I have finalised Hotel costs today and will be sending out Pm's to those staying in the Hotel.
The good news is,we now have an extra 2 rooms reserved, so 14 plus the Family room,as opposed to 12 and The Family Room,
Also,one of these is set aside as A Dog friendly room,as requested by jhw666.
The Bad news....As with everything in the past year especially, Prices have risen slightly.
Were still getting a good,tier 2 (top discount they offer) on their current rates.
These are also still cheaper,like for like,with 3rd Party discount sites,like Booking.com,etc.
All is listed in the PMs, but when replying to them,can you Please state what Room type you want.
I.e,Classic or Deluxe.
These will be allocated the Only Fair way possible,with priority given to who had there names down first...so that someone who had their names down from say last July or August doesn't get pipped to the post on their room type preferences by someome who only put their names down in the past few months.
I'm sure you will all agree its the Only fair way to do it
I need to have all your replies in by Next Friday (29th April),so I can forward on all the Information to the Hotel,Thanks.
