Hi folks,a wee UPDATE for info about this,for those who maybe unaware of this from previously.....

This is an Annual meet we have had for a few years now,which is always a great weekend had by all.

Some people come along for just One of the 2 drives,others for the whole Weekend...The Choice is yours folks :D

We basically get together,some like minded,z4 /car fans,from the forum(a great bunch)and enjoy some of The Lakes and Dales finest roads :driving:
SATURDAY DRIVE is normally a round the Lake district area, which tends to be more scenic.
SUNDAY DRIVE is in the Yorkshire Dales area,and tends to be a bit more driver focussed,where possible......
Though we always say,go at your own pace,and one that you are comfortable with.....We can regroup at one of the designated stops :thumbsup:

ALSO,for those who can make it on the FRIDAY NIGHT,we get together for a meal and drinks at The CROOKLANDS hotel....Always a great catch-up.
(Just pm me,or post on here,if you want your name added for the meal).

UPDATE,JUNE.....
SATURDAY ,late afternoon,after the drive,we also have a CHARITY RAFFLE,which I HAVE POSTED ON HERE ON PAGE 5.
,which I already have some great donated prizes for....Donations/Money raised all goes to Charity,eg Cancer Research,Christie's,British Heart Foundation,etc etc.
This is followed by the Saturday night BBQ,weather permitting (always managed tho),which we take about £6 for at the time of the meet,which covers BBQ coals,etc,All food,and Utensils :thumbsup:

Just putting this out nice and early,as we had problems this year with getting hotels etc booked,so all reserved between July and now.

More info nearer the time,but already have some things underway for 2017.

Must have missed this too. Craig, any chance of putting us down for camping pls. 2 tents, 3 or 4 attendees. Not a concrete commitment yet - know you would prefer that - but a more than likely !!

Ruth has foolishly already booked our family hols for this week, so seems like I will have to relinquish my 'Ironman' badge gained from attending every year! I'll rely on Craig and John etc. to keep carrying the torch in my absence!

Yep - four years now. Almost traded for a V8 M3 convertible just for a change, but think the most likely replacement will be a newer Cayman.

Ruth's Lotus has just come out of hibernation too, so not long before hooning season replaces hockey season!

Sounds like something from a carry on film,haha.

John is coming up for one or 2,so maybe you could get to ones well,got meets in April,May and August so far,as well as the National,splus Richs meet in October.
So plenty on :driving:

Edit....It will be weird not seeing the Guiseleys at a National......Guess that it had to happen sometime,and with the "Guiseley kids"all grown up now,and no doubt heading off to Uni,etc ....How time flies. Doesn't seem that long ago they were both chapping at the bit to come to the National,etc and were still at school.
