can anyone give a rough approximation of mileage planned for Saturday please? Just having a look at the nearest petrol station and it's looking dire so planning needed!
Thanks in advance
Stevo

As others have said, and for those who haven't been before, you need a FULL TANK OF FUEL BEFORE WE LEAVE (not half full,or nearly full,haha).....so nobody gets caught out,as we don't always drive near petrol stations,e especially if you are like me and some others, and need Super :driving:
So Fill up on the night/Day before,or first thing in the morning if need be,5-10 mins in each direction both garages have Super as well

All this info will be explained in our briefing, lol.

Saturday we meet at 9.30a.m, Leaving for 10.00 a.m.

Sunday we meet at 9.45/10a.m,Leaving for 10.30a.m.

Aprox.Mileage each day is 140-150,depending on any impromptu minor changes John or myself may do(but we will give plenty of notice for these).
For those with A heavy right foot ,who press on injury revs, you can run low each day  :driving:
We have toilet/comfort stops, and a Lunch stop during each day

More info on the day :)

Don't forget my 'stunning' Alfa Romeo 147 JTD 115 Lusso - with it's Bond-style smoke screen on demand :poke:

I'll be doing the whole weekend (including the trip there & back) on one tank of the cheapest diesel I can find

Mrs. Marlon doesn't fancy the driving conditions, so I will be without a co-pilot today :(
Just having pancakes - should be there at 9:30 :driving:

Well 220 miles later and I'm back at camp- sorry couldn't find you guys, I did try. Now just deciding if it's too early for a beer!

A few snaps from day 1 :D

The silly hat comp was won by a coupe driver!

I have to say I am surprised although maybe not by Tony! :D

Looks like a great time is being had. Enjoy tomorrow guys and gals

Great pics Marlon , The Vo 89 looks great in the sun (Gareth's ? )
Surprised you went with the hardtop :? & congrats on catching Taz's MR in a state of semi shininess  that's a rarity as usually turns up in a state of unwashed measured in either grime or just plain dirty :P

Thanks Mr Wilks, the pics were taken between the downpours
Left hardtop on the Zed while we were away in the Hyundai last week, it will be coming off once this wet weather lets up!

Great pics Mr Marlon, i just wanted to highlight which car was the only 1 to maintain a roof down stance throughout the day  is there a reward?

Thanks Taz.
Seeing you in my rear mirror over Buttertubs Pass in that torrential downpour with your roof down was astonishing :o :D
