Hi Craig, I'm intending on coming along, thanks for organising - most likely is Saturday and Sunday, camping overnight (what do I need to organise to book that btw?). I think I'll be bringing one or two hangers-on, possibly Chris in his M6 as per last couple of Yorks meets (likely camping too), each of us with a potential guest.

As regards the m6,
We have a few non z4s that come along,over the past few years, but these are primarily ex z4 owners,and forum members who have been to various meets in their z4's........
..........no problem with having a few non z4's,but the rule for these are that they stay at the back,in a separate group.....although you will be in good company,with an m3,lotus Evora?,and possibly one or two Porsches,at most......
Tho this group sometimes goes ahead at different times,and does their own thing
It's purely so we do not end up with a large number of non-z4-s,in amongsr all tye zeds, cheers

P.S,re Camping,we have now potentially filled the spaces at the Waters edge,but that may change....there is Little acres right across the road though(2mins away), and if you are booking Little acres,pm me and I will give u info,thanks

UPDATE,
After much deliberation, I am inclined to keep this at The Crooklands Hotel,and Waters edge CAMPSITE.........
However,
John and me also like the idea of going somewhere new/different,and are still thinking about Bowness,but for me,Crooklands would be easier, albeit we have limited rooms(5).

AS IT STANDS WE HAVE FILLED THE 5 ROOMS I HAVE PROVISIONALLY BOOKED AT THE CROOKLANDS (Inc.gjc72's own booking),and all potential 6 spaces available,that I have reserved at the Waters edge.,see updated first page.
I have put besides the names those who are Confirmed,as opposed to "posibles", on a first come basis,who want a Hotel room or Camping tent space is as the were available.
John and myself feel the only fair way to get a Final decision on this is by a POLL......

Wow didn’t realize there were problems with Crookland I have provisionally booked three nights at another B&B nearby as I have done two years ago but can’t go at any other weekend in July because I am maybe on a stand-by for work.

The two cars attending are confirmed and likely 4 occupants. Camping, 2 x tents. Looks like you need to send me that camping info if you don't mind. The M6 is forum member and has attended the last two meets in Yorks...

Cool,just didn't want to hide the fact that we have the small number of non-z4's at the back of the z4 pack, but the non Zed's always have a great time

As mentioned elsewhere,when I phoned Little acres,across the road,they told me they were shutting down/winding up the business, and weren't taking new bookings?!
But there are 2 other CAMPSITES not far from Crooklands.... One at a place called Crook,which is called Pound farm and another at Hale.
If you search the Crooklands postcode,la7 7nw,and search for more if need be,but hope these help,cheers
