National no.7,Lakes and Dales meet,Fri/1st,Sat.2nd/Sunday3rs July,2016,at CROOKLANDS,KENDAL

As some will know(who were still around before I left), I have secured 10 Hotel rooms at the Crooklands Hotel for the First weekend in July,2017..... weekend of Friday 30th June/SATURDAY 1st July and SUNDAY 2nd July.....for both Friday and Saturday nights.

Will be reserving a similar amount of tent pitches at Waters Edge in the coming weeks,when I can get time....as I have a feeling I maybe a tad busy from January/February on next year,lol :thumbsup:
 
Can All those who were at this year's meet please see the thread on Charity fundraising,National
And post on that thread,where you all want to Donate the £195 we raised to go,eg. Cancer Charity,Animal Charity,or to Zedward/Laurens appeal,Cheers :thumbsup:

I was going to phone them and sort out rates!
I was only mentioning that I had reserved 10 rooms......you guys are keen,lol.
Will phone and sort out this tomorrow afternoon,haha

Booked for three nights about an hour ago, 10% off the normal rate £100 = £90 per night including breakfast, and Hilary mentioned Z4-forum.

Thanks Craig! We all had fun and will certainly see yous all again at other meet. We did Kirkstone. on the Sunday and headed home; managed to get back in time for a couple of shandies at the pub to talk our weekend out. My pal, Chris, who has the E63 M6 (made it to one Yorkshire meet so far) is making progress and it should be back on the road within perhaps 6 weeks or so - it's been off the road in Brizzle for the last few months - and he'll be itching to get it back on the road. I'll also be happy giving it a spin as I only ever managed to get in the driving seat once in the p^ssing rain! For info, he has the conrod bearing shell issue which is common with the V10s and a massive shame for him (and me!).
The most fun we had...putting up the frickin' monstrous tent in the semi-rain..! See if I can get you a pic...

I did tell at Crooklands we were with the Z4 Craig party and upgraded to the £103 room (std rate - 10%) as we will be saying the three nights (Friday, Sat and Sun) :thumbsup: Craig you need to start a new thread 8th National Lakes and Dales meet :roll:

My mate Ben had the white 62 plate 1 series (I think it's a 116 or 118i) with Chris///M6 as his passenger. Chris has been to a couple of our meets before.
