all you do is copy the youtube link i.e.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nQ-5n0aSes

then delete all the rubbish so you end up with:

5nQ-5n0aSes

then you highlight it and click the youtube button on the top of the post reply, then you end up with the link
