Aebous,i will be phoning the Waters Edge in the next day or 2,and booking/reserving as many spaces/pitches as they have available. (6 i think),as mentioned,it has the far better bbq facilities,and the Little Acres across the road has a far larger tent area,so doesnt get fully booked,and no-one had a problem booking it last time,even at last minute

Hey folks,have made a bit of a mistake with the names,as i thought that Little acres was the smaller 1 with all the facilities,but its not.
The one that has the BBQs built in(brick built),and the pub,etc is the Waters Edge,where myself,Tweed and CJ,Etc ,stayed last year,and is the one where we had the bbq's Friday and Saturday.
I have now reserved all available spaces(only 5),at Waters Edge,so we can have the great location(pub,etc on site,if needed) and easier to use bbq facilities,etc.(just ask a certain young woman who spent ages trying to get a diy bbq to cook food,before giving up,hrs later,and enjoying our bbq/food,lol).
I am waiting for the other campsite,Little acres,the 1 across the road(that sk93,siftah,etc stayed at last yr),to phone me back,or will phone again 2mrw.We will be able to get enough spaces between the 2 sites,for all who want to camp,so dont worry,plenty of time yet
Prices for tent pitches/spaces depend on tent size/no of ppl,etc and are
1-2 man tent,1person ocpncy is £12 per night
2man tent,2ppl ocupncy is £15 per nt
3-4 man is £20-26,depending on no. of ppl/per night.
These are from w/edge,but ltl acres is almost identical.
I am going to be sending them a deposit asap,which is £5 per night/per pitch,so for 5pitches(initially/more to be booked by 2mrw),cost will be £25 per nt =£50 for the Fri and Sat. nts.
Ideally,we would all be at the 1 site,but ltd spaces at w/edge (in particular),this isnt so. the reason,as said,that i booked the w/edge is that it offers proper bbq's to use,making life much easier,and it has a pub/etc if need be;and last year,it wasnt a problem that we were in 2 campsites. after all,we are going for the excellent Drives that sammyz puts together,with the bbq afterwards just a bonus ,and chance to chat

Update on Campsites.
I have now booked/reserved 5 spaces (all available),at the Waters Edge,and also 6 spaces at Little Acres(more can be added later,all going well),and have also answered replies/pm's in order that i received them in,as regards to who was wanting the spaces at Waters Edge,etc and will now be pm-ing those who want Camping,so i can fill the spaces reserved at the Little Acres ,and will be asking for Deposits for w/edge(initially),as that needs paid asap,while deposits for ltl acres are not needed/according to the woman who runs it,but she remembers us "car lot" from last year,and was more than happy to reserve them f.o.c
