Went out on my bike around this area today. It's getting pretty bad already.
 
Just sent you a PM Craig, then read the rest of the thread. Am I missing something, why is the tour of France starting in Yorkshire? Will we get to start the Leeds to Dakar rally as well?

Just let us know what you decide.
 
Hi Craig,

Please add Paul and Steph for both days. Should be able to make any preferred weekend - not certain if we'll camp or use hotel - will make decision asap and confirm. Don't think we'll be able to get across quick enough for Friday meal.

Been on other runs/meets but not for a while though, as I prefer driving in small groups (3 preferably, but 5 max) so that I don't hold people up and they don't hold me up, and everyone is of a similar speed/style :driving:

Just never made the national, as it's never fitted in with my work location/availability/Ring trips.

Was hoping to have my brakes, suspension & paintwork sorted by May, but funds have been limited due to unforeseen household bills and a bill from HMRC that I believe is unwarranted but have had to pay and argue about it later :headbang:

I hope you all have earplugs as I've been told I snore - never heard it myself though :wink:

Waiting to see when dates confirmed. Not camping was thinking of Crooklands Friday, and Saturday and of course meal just need confirmation of date

Craig,

I'm going to give this a miss this year. I've done 3 out of the 4 so far but I only do a relatively low annual mileage and this would be 500 miles (or 25% of it) and I'm keen to do a meet I've not done before this year. So I may head down to one of the SE events this year for a change of scenery and to meet some new people.

If I'm still in a Zed next summer I may well be back though.

you've already met me Ian (at the National). Well at least I think it was either the National, or the North Wales, or maybe both? It was a long time ago though - when Tweed and Siftah used to be on here!

Sorry you won't be coming, Steve.....always good to see you, though I can understand you wanting a change of scenery, but be good to see you again if you change your mind :thumbsup:
