Now I know some of you take great pleasure in reminding us that you don't like football but for the normal English blokes out there it's worth pointing out that 11,12 13th is the World Cup final weekend (the 3rd/4th place playoff is Saturday 12th @ 9pm GMT and the final is Sunday 13th July @ 8pm GMT) so in the event of a miracle (i.e. England reaching it) there could be a mass exodus! But something to consider because I love watching the World Cup regardless of how well we do/don't do and will almost certainly be watching the final that night and I'm sure I won't be the only one either so it might affect Sunday attendance a bit. The England group games are Saturday 14th June, Thursday 19th June and Tuesday 24th June so shouldn't cause any issue but if they do make it through the group games to the last 16 they are going to be in action either Saturday 28th June or Sunday 29th June at 9pm. The quarter finals are played over the following weekend (Friday 4th and Saturday 5th July).

Probably won't be an issue but worth pointing out :thumbsup:

I love football but England will be knocked out on penalties in the quarter final (as per), so I've voted 11th, 12th and 13th.
 
Would appear that its looking like the 2nd weekend in July....will see how the vote goes and take it from there, also I am going to have to phone the Campsite and Hotel to check they can do both those weekends, either side of the original date, just to be safe, lol.

Cheers, Jim...already booked the campsite and hotel(meal) for the 1st w/end in July, the other week, so all going well they can do the other w/end(s)...phone them 2mrw or Sunday :D

whatever the date, we shall be there.
I was going to come even if the zed wasn't found.. kitcar to the rescue.
However, with the imminent return of Winston, even if he needs some work doing, he'll be at the meet.
 
Id like to attend but can only commit to the last weekend of June at the moment. Have voted with my preference may be able to do the following weekend but just cant confirm sadly. I know I cant do the weekend of the 11th :-( Sure it will be a great weekend for those that can make it.

I am good for any of the dates but i agree it need to be moved cos of TDF. Just a note Craig, i will not be camping but was looking
to stay Friday, and Saturday night at Crooklands once date confirmed.

Ok, no probs....poll voting ends this Thursday, then we will go with the Majority, which is looking like the 2nd w/end in July...so by SUNDAY I WILL HAVE CONFIRMED ALL DATES WITH C/SITE, HOTEL FOR MEAL ETC :thumbsup:
