Do it it's lots of fun. Just remember the golden rule. Leave your last lap in the glove box. I still have the ticket for my last lap. in my previous Bangle creation, paid for 16, did 15. came home with a huge smile and a whole car. :D :thumbsup:

Bit unfair to call the guy a knobend. Anyone that's been on a track day knows how easy it is to put a tyre onto the grass. This guy was just massively unlucky in how it panned out after that. 8 times out of 10 you probably get away with it.

The ring is an excellent place to visit and drive. Drive within your own ability and keep an eye on what's around you and you won't have any problems.

Don't be put off by this one accident people, grow a pair and go drive one of the best tracks you will ever drive :thumbsup:
 
Whoa, that is a really bad crash he got some serious air...

I went to the ring a couple of weeks ago wanted to do a lap but it was absolutely pi$$ing it down so decided against it, could't really push it in the rain and felt it a waste of time doing a "careful" lap. Did have a bit of fun on the roundabouts going in to the ring though
 
Definitely worth avoiding in the wet. The place is like an ice rink when its wet and most accidents happen because people go out and try staying on the racing line, which is exactly where all the rubber and bits of oil/coolant etc collect.

It was, down a steep hill. My mate lost it's cresting the brow, I gather, I was trying to sleep in the back at the time It was 06:30 in the morning beautiful day. We travels a long way straight down the middle of a road banked on either side with trees and counting the marks iit rolled 4 or 5 times. Perfect car for it, in Most cars that age I think we would have all been dead ducks We all walked away with a few bruises. :D Car was fecked. :lol:
