Name this 80's craze

I used to have a huge quiff hairstyle... And also went through a brief brylcreem phase :o

Never had a perm or a mullet, but quite a few girls had both

Oh, and grey patent shoes. Classy 8)

I always wanted a Johnny Seven Gun.
My folks could never afford to buy one for me :x

I had a Johhny Seven and s topper toys Secret Sam that had an attache case with a camera in it and a secret button to fire the gun whilst it was still secreted in the case.
.top toy

My mum had to put nail varnish on one set so I didnt mix up the gun/bullets

I went for two - only because they came in pairs and I didn't see the point of wasting them fort he £3.50 it cost.

Another of mine was all the leather bangles like Ah-Ha

Did any of you boys have just one earring ?

My father wouldn't have let me back in the house if I'd come home with an earring. Ever.

Ah I was an indie kid, so most of the boys I knew had one earring. That and a quiff and cute little sidburns. Still partial to a little sideburn now.

My dad was in the Royal Navy, and I my school would not have tolerated it. To be honest I had enough style problems to deal with, hair, patent shoes, quiff, big collared jerseys... without adding getting the wrong feckin' ear pierced by mistake :D

Any one remember Klackers.?

Stopped selling so well, when kids started breaking there wrists.

Yep, haven't worn an earring for years but the hole is still there (and it still takes an earring) :D

Had forgotten about the denim jackets, but we all had one in Sixth form ! The boys won't remember, but the girls might ... pixie boots. There is also a pic of me with a mullet which is permed on top and long at the back

You're right ...
I don't get the British !
Or at least one Brit..
:fuelfire:
A mullet and Pixie Boots ????
Who would notice the jacket
:poke:

Bumpy

Late 80s:
Two ear holes, ( one done myself with a compass at school)
One nose hole (although that was done in the 90s)
Black 501s and black levis jacket. White t-shirt,
Early 80s
Before this it was tight black trousers with a multicoloured pinstripe in white socks and slipons white "lucky" shirt ( got blood on it in three separate incidents
Head bag
I must have looked a right twat.

In the 80's craze thing I had a keytar.

Remember most of my German mates had mullets in the late 70's/80's, and drainpipe jeans ... We were all just long haired - this was me in '81
