Nakamichi / van Damme audio interconnects from €50/pair

I know there's a fair few 'audiophiles' on here so this is a somewhat shameless plug for my own custom, hand-made audio interconnects.

I've been making up this particular cable/connector combination for about 10 years now after discovering it as being just a fantastic combination providing a beautiful, open, transparent presentation between any audio source and amplifier. I've played around with many different cable types over the years but then I finally found the van Damme LoCap55 Silver Series cable which is actually a 'session-grade' musicians cable and used by the likes of Eric Clapton no less!

Prices as per below. I can make up any length between 200mm and 3000mm.
Can also supply with WBT or Palic locking connectors.

Shipping to UK should be around a tenner if ordering 4 cables @ 500mm, then jumps to around 18 quid for anything heavier than that.

200-500mm = €50,00 /pr

800-1200mm = €65,00 /pr
1200-1600mm = €75,00 /pr
1600-2000mm = €85,00 /pr
2000-2500mm = €95,00 /pr
2501-3000mm = €105,00 /pr

They also look pretty bling with their silver-plated copper shielding braid and coupled to the gold-plated, locking Nakamichi connectors they look and sound the business!
I use Oyaide SS-47 Silver solder which is the audiophiles solder of choice and guarantees a no-compromise signal path through the cable.
Strain-relief at the connector/cable interface is provided by 2 layers of clear heatshrink to keep aesthetics nice and tidy.

I do this mainly as a hobby but after selling approx 90 sets recently over on Tapeheads.net and at Marktplaats.NL plus 100's of sets in years gone by I'm seriously tempted to commercialise this little venture! But for now, I'll carry on turning them out at home during the evening hours. It's better than watching telly or looking at naughty ladies on the interwebs and when listening to some good music it can actually be quite theraputic

Thanks! I'll certainly keep that in mind if I ever get around to converting it into a business venture!
Did some initial calculations based on outsourcing the manual work and sadly the overhead would push the retail price through the roof and I'd just end up competing with all the other established 'boutique cable' suppliers and also risk compromising the build quality.
We'll see. But for now I'll keep things as-is.
