N52 What Oil?

Just out of curiosity what oil are members with the N52 23i or 30i using? Brand and grade? and how often do you change your oil? I am on Castrol Magnatec 5W 30 and I change it every year (around 5000 miles).

My E90 330i with the N52 engine gets Shell Helix Ultra 5W/30 every couple of years (about 6,000 miles).

My car approaching 100k miles.
Since 29k miles when purchased always used Mobil 1 0w-40 every 5k miles.
No problems.
