N52 oil pressure

Hello, I don’t have a Z, but I still own my old e87 130i which I will now keep for ever, and I like the older Bimmers, so hope you don’t mind me joining in. My first question I’m hoping you can help with is, I cannot find any information on the factory running oil pressure of the BMW N52 engine, unbelievably, the normal root of enquiry to BMW returned a ‘why do you need to know this, it is all self-regulating’ of course I understand the principle, but as an old retired engine builder, I still want the working knowledge for monitoring, for oil type, restrictive flow, vanos activation speed ect ect, so if you can help, it would be very much appreciated. I don't believe there is an oil pressure sensor fitted.

You might want to have a word with Graves Motorsport. They run an E87 130i race car and I know they have a pressure gauge fitted.
