ok heres what im planning on using for the service, just wondered what peoples thoughts / guidance where

FUCHS TITAN SINTOFLUID SAE 75W-80 SYNTHETIC - MANUAL TRANSMISSION FLUID
RED LINE SYNTHETIC GEAR OIL 75W-90 GL5 - Diff fluid
MOTUL DOT 5.1 BRAKE FLUID
BMW concentrate coolant
Mann Air Filter
Mann Pollen Filter
Mann Oil Filter
Castrol Engine Oil (Edge 0W-30 With Titanium FST Fully Synthetic)
NGK SPARK PLUG ILZFR6D11 LASER IRIDIUM SPARKPLUG (NGK 1208)

Spot on! I was going to go with the Redline oil for the diff but ended up using the Castrol as it was easier to get hold of and correct for application.
 
cheers i did look at the
FUCHS TITAN SINTOFLUID SAE 75W-90 SYNTHETIC for diff , but heard good things about the STP, just wish it came in 1ltr bottles
