So managed to get the Manifold out thanks to you guys telling me what to do.....
Fairly easy to be honest and most 2 litres have this problem.
Looking forward to getting it welded up now.
Quick question I have bought a new gasket put not sure if the ridges go torwards the engine or manifold?
