ZHP gearstick being picked up tomorrow and hopefully I’ll still have all my teeth after fitting it

Must remember to set the early alarm now :driving:

We're not on the A5104 on this run.
It's a shame about the Evo but only to be expected in this day and age. There's still plenty of other excellent roads in N.Wales....and some that are much better !

Thanks Si

The sound of the Zeds running through Snowdonia will be a match for any Welsh male voice choir

In fact it will probably be better than the 24th foot singing “Men of Harlech” in Zulu

Getting nervous now car still in bits but have every faith in DLV to have her up and running in time then I have Saturday to give her a detailed makeover for the day 🤞 if it’s not upto it’s usual condition I can only apologise will do my best hopefully see you all there :D

Ferry from Dublin and accommodation sorted... new spark plugs and coils fitted yesterday.
really excited about the whole trip :driving: and meeting fellow Z4 enthusiasts.

see you soon guys!

Nooooo don't mention the weather this is Wales your talking about and everybody knows what that could mean :!:

Anyone staying near Mold for the Saturday night who fancies a pint? We will be 5 mins outside of town and will probably go for a bit of pub grub.

Good ideal zedwheels!
The whole contingent from Dublin (admittedly only 2 crews) is staying in Ruthin...if anyone is close it would be really good to meet for a pint, maybe on Saturday afternoon/evening we could check who is where and perhaps meet up

Keep me posted gents, im staying not far from Mold. Not sure my plans on sat as yet but may be game for a beer if im there at a sensible hour.

We are staying at The Castle Hotel, Ruthin on Saturday night, plan to be there about 19:00 after spending the afternoon in Chester.....a few beers are definitely on the itinerary if anyone is about!

Hello Mikeyay,
Peter-E36 and I (the 2 crews from Dublin) are staying at the Feathers; heard it's a good spot. Will PM on Saturday afternoon/evening to see if it's possible to meet up for a couple of pints.

Hey Si,

With huge disappointment (on my part...  ) I’m going to have to pull out of Sunday’s run. It’s just too long a day at the moment and I’m trying to get a bigger mobile oxygen cylinder but it’s not happened yet. I don’t want to be a hindrance in the day if I run out of steam so best I cancel. Such a shame as this would have been a great day out...

Many thanks to you and the other guys for organising, if people didn’t make the effort there would be nothing so top job chaps...

Have a great day all...I hope it’s a fab day out. :driving:

Only a suggestion! Google maps shows what looks like a tidy pub for something to eat with a beer its called -Druid Inn, and its located in LLanferres, CH7 5SN. its in between Mold and Ruthin on the A494. Should be ok for :driving: 2 pints would do me :!:
