Mystery part in engine bay

Hello,

Did some work and cleaning in the engine bay and found this:
What exactly goes here? Should I be worried? I've tried looking on the internet, but haven't found any schematics or something to help me explain this.

This has been asked before - but I can't remember what the answer was!
Wasn't anything important though, think probably for a minority market somewhere. Maybe for California emissions? :idunno:

Well I just went and had a look on mine.
There are four tubes sticking out. Two are closed off. One has a big fat loom passing into the car. The fourth has a smaller loom going through it, from the ABS module.
I assume that as yours is LHD then that loom goes into the car on the other side.
No idea why they other two tubes on yours have the ends missing. Mice??
But apart from that it looks like it's correct.

Yes. No idea why is it missing, maybe rats, because they do look like they were chewed on... Well I get no errors or anything, so I assume all is OK. Thank you for the input!
