My Zed by Gr3z

Some cracking shots there! You've even managed to make what are normally my least favourite wheels look good!

Thanks for the comments... And I agree they are my least favourite wheels too, they're one of the first items on the list to get changed, just showed a m8 at work and he said" yeah not bad, would look better if there was bird posing over it" typical lol

Lighting set up is really simple just two speedlites on stands fired with wireless triggers with bare bulbs, it was a bit windy for umbrella/softbox, I then added some light flare using a photoshop plugin "knoll light factory"

Looks great, any advice you can give me on me pics

Thanks :)

Fantastic pics

My favourite pic of my car is in the dark with bright lighting, really picks out the lines of the car in a magical way.

I have a much-abused set of those wheels with winter rubber on them. Feels like she's being dressed in her thermal big pants every November

To be honest I'm new to car photography myself so still learning too i just had a look through yours and there's is some nice pics, I always try and compose my pictures with the rule of thirds in mind and look for leading lines that draw you eyes through the picture, pictures are best taken in the golden hour as its much more flattering softer light, use a cpl filter to tone down those reflections. apart from that its just a case of finding nice locations where the background is not to busy, nice light and keep practicing. if you fancy it off camera flash adds a whole aspect for being creative too, I'm still figuring it all out :)

Thanks, think I might need something a little better then my iPhone 5 then lol.

I will keep trying and see where it gets me.

Thanks
