I have had 2 Z4M's and put H&R's on both of them and the compliance has improved dramatically,less crashy too..

Lowering next ?

No Lowering matey! My best mate has one of these on H&R springs, and the ride is terrible compared to OEM... I know that goes against every other post about suspension on this forum, but drive both and the results are clear....

When it comes to lowering the only way to go is KW V3 Truely improves handling compared to OEM aswell.
