Now available again, as buyer has had to pull out of sale due to personal reasons. :(

HI Guys,

I recently put some new wheels on my Z4MC and I was orginally going to keep the 224's so I could revert back to OEM when I come to sell the car, however I cant even imagine selling my Z4MC....EVER!!! These wheels are in good condition as my Z4MC has only done 25K miles! As you may expect there are some minor scuffs on the front N/S wheel, however I feel that this is not bad enough to warrant a refurb, but that is only my opinion :) . I hope you will see from the pictures that they are in good condition. There are no chunks or cracks or even repairs on these wheels and they are original OEM wheels.

There is also I slight bit of paint flaking off (approx 1.5") on the inside of one of the spokes, again I believe these are still in excellent condition.

The front tyres are Continental Sports, which have decent tread, but are slightly cracked on the outside. Nothing detrimental to performance, just cosmetics.
The rear tyres are not great and are an advisory. They are legal, just so will do for now, but would recommend new tyres.

I am looking for £450 for these wheels and tyres and they are cleaned and boxed ready for collection. I would prefer local collection to BH22 however you are more then welcome to organise your own courier.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks

Andy

224's are always in demand if the price is right. However I think your price of £600 might be a tad steep considering the rear tyres are only just legal and will require replacement. Also front tyres might require changing depending on the cracking on the side wall. You mention that they are 'Excellent,' however you have mentioned that there is some scuffs and flaking of the paint to take into consideration, it really depends on who buys them and their level of OCD. For me the flaking paint and scuff would need attending to. I think if the tyres had 6mm on them all round you might not be too far off the mark. Hope you acheive what you are asking, it's just my opinion. I paid £250 for a set of 224's minus tyres, and I think most 224's in perfect condition have been sold for the £300-£350 from memory.

GLWTS

Never saw a decent set of 224's go for less than £400 in the 12 months I was looking.

Think Swiftly did particularly well
Over the last 2 years I have paid
£275 no tyres + £30 courier / wheels needing refurb
£300 2 4mm tyres on fronts but budget brand , collected from 30 miles away / wheels needed refurb
£450 wheels good , 2 tyres good 2 near the bars

I think the listed set is priced fair for negotiation

Thanks for the input guys :)

I would be interested in these, just a silly question. Would they fit my 03 non M e85?

Yea fit a treat & been watching these sitting on the forum for all this time

Think I will be making an offer. Shame I can't fit 4 tyres into a roady or I'll set off now.
Looking at getting a lift in a larger car
