My Z4 With CSL Wheels :D

The link to Mangowalk store was mentioned on here a while back, I noticed when I ordered mine it didn't mention postage to UK so I emailed and it was no problem at all.

Might just be worth checking it's still only $5.99 although I only got mine a couple of weeks ago. There's a few picks of the ariel on mine in the gallery section.

:)

Cool, i just looked at ur link and the rubber is so much better :) Cheers for the advice!
Ordering tomorrow :D

Ahhhh thats very nice :)
Ive got cloth interior though.. any nice gear knobs that will go with my interior! Got a silver satin like dash!???
:)

To save ordering from the USA you can get the ZHP gear knob from the dealers... Part no on here somewhere

Nice wheel choice !.....i definetly think it needs lowerign though to complete the look.

looks nice yes, i toyed with the idea of new wheels but i think id only change if i destroyed one of my current ellipsoids, also considered a refurb and colour change but money would be better spent on new tyres / brake pads & discs for me.

would look nice with a drop, but beware of the ride / tramlining, my 18" wheels with a 30mm drop have a very harsh ride, great on flat tarmac but out in the country im driving in the middle of the road so id hate to think what 19" would be like, but at least your not on run flats! i went over a pot hole today and it sounded like my glovebox exploded! saying that yesterday a stone got thrown up the inner wheel arch and i was convinced it sounded like something fell off the car, i pulled over but all was well - just paranoia i think

Mine is lowered on 19"s and its not too bad for ride comfort, I'd say its better than my non lowered TT on 18"s! On the motorway/a roads you wouldnt know the difference, but yes, the wheels like to follow the road bumps a little... not to mention getting over speed bumps and the trenches they call pot-holes here!

I Have been thinking about dropping it, but i must be honest the roads where i live are diabolical.. My partners dad got a spanking 330i a few weeks back, and he hit a pot hole which caused a nasty chunk out the side, not fun.. luckily the council payed out! Im worried also because where the wheels are so wide, they near on stick out the arches, so the painted bottom edge/sill of the arch would come into contact with the tyre if i was to hit a pot hole, or a large speed bump.. :( its quiet upsetting lol! T2FFN- whats urs lowered by on 19s? I may concider a small drop haha :D

Dont know to be honest, pics in my other post. Its on H&R springs, the tyres just about hide under the arches.

I have to go slow on bumps, and slow and avoid potholes. Screw the traffic, I can accelerate away quickly after each hole/bump :driving:

**hit any bumps too quickly and you'll hear tyres rubbing arch and maybe belly pan scrapping... so go slow!
