Well, the job worked out OK. My employer had a last minute change of direction (a little too last minute for a few of the guys) and it looks like I shall be gainfully employed for a bit longer. So, having sold my Coupe back in June and with us now heading into winter I did the sensible thing and went back to a bike 
Actually I was a little sensible and have a Renault Clio to run around in on the really crappy days as my wife seems to have claimed the Mini as hers..
I think I'll hang around here though as your more entertaining than the KTM forums
