Can't beat old school here.
I wind them down diagonally with my electric gun (goes down to about 80 ib ft), then use a good old fashioned torque wrench to factory (well, autodata or, now,..haynes pro) spec. 4
I have the torque sticks, but don't use them. Bit of a waste really.
