Nice weekend and although the Bealach Na Ba was the target I was amazed by how many fun roads we drove/smiled over.. try it some time.

Great stuff muppet

It's true what you say about the Bealach Na Ba - it's a good road in itself and the scenery is spectacular, but I had more fun on the roads to/from it. The actual Bealach Na Ba is a bit too unsighted and narrow to blast along IMO. I particularly enjoyed the A87 from Lochgarry to Kyle of Lochalsh area (past Eilean Donan).

Not such a nice road in March...... Glad the snowplough was there

Snowplough doing 3 point turn to get round one of the hairpin bends

On the other hand the roads were quite, 24 miles of single track road and did not meet another vehicle..

Great pics there, thanks, would say it's a candidate for inclusion under road trips as an inspirational thread
