my refurbed wheels on the car at last!

i was too embaressed to even take pictures of it before with the state the old owners left the wheels in

Great work on the rims  and look great back on the car cannot beat 108s for style.

Two questions for you

1 - Noticed on your previous post there seemed to be no sort of seal between the two pieces of the wheel is it just metal to metal ?

2 - Regarding the C5 this is a car i thought about a while ago but then went for the Z4 with which i am more than happy with how do the two compare ?

you cant really compare the z4 and c5 properly but in a nutshell the c5 just has power unlike the z4 but its size dosnt allow for it to be nimble on uk roads. the c5 has awesome rare presence in the uk but is a nightmare for parking and narrow country roads and is 15mpg at best. the build quality on the c5 is as good as on the z4. the z4 is to me is a more modern and was a fair comprimise when i bought a house...

regarding the wheels, its paint on paint just like they are from factory. i only polished the visible surface leaving the contact points the same.

i do try to keep it looking shiney but black is a real mare. i think im going to have it corrected. ive a company in mind to do a pro detail....just weighing it up with other things i need to do!

Matey Ive the same car, black/red is the best combo. Although I would change the tail lights to the face lifted ones... Just my opinion!!

i believe involves a bumper change?

ill be happy with the red overlays to hide the orange and getting some clear indicators.

id want to be getting into changing too much....its all money i cant sped on other things

fair enuf, still a mighty cool pic tho!!!

Love that last pic and leave those tail lights alone the earlier lights look so much better more aggressive especially at night.

pablo, get rid of the egg yoke by fitting the clear lense's from BMW, here's my car with them fitted, pic taken two weeks ago when the sun made a rare appearance... :)
