My old BMW

 Geordie exiled in Wales...
I was just on another topic and mentioned my old BMW. Got me thinking that I had a couple of pics, thought that others might like to take a look...

It was a 1995 520i SE which I bought a few years back as a workhorse. We renovated our house, and this thing carried all manner of building supplies. Treated it to M5 bumpers and genuine 'throwing star' alloys, black grilles and clear indicators (there's a theme here). It never skipped a beat. 100% reliable. Solid as a rock. A great car, which I would have bought back if I'd had the room!

Got this as a present to myself getting my first job and finishing Uni.

Nice car but didn't really do it for me! Needed the raw power from a big petrol lump!
 
Cheers! Ye they are the lightweight Motorsport wheels. That is on the top of Kirkston pass. In-between Ullswater and Windermere. Really beautiful when the weather is nice!

Might have to take a visit at some point. My family were originally from Arthuret. Looks beautiful
