My Old 911 SC and 240Z

My dad had a few Porsche in his time. He went from having a few 205 1.9gtis to a 944 (don't know what year), 1983 911 SC and ended up with a 1993 993 C2. I was utterly gutted when he sold it. He bought a Ferrari 328GTS, but I was never that into it. Plus I used to get all sort of s**t from other kids at school when they found out my dad had a Ferrari :(. He currently has an F355 Spider, which is miles better, although I still miss that 993. Although, the F355 does sound utterly amazing as it has a tubi exhaust I think.

I was surprised at how little there is really in it between my car and his though. Definitely not a huge huge amount. Not much torque when you floor it either and a little underwhelming really considering it's supposedly 380bhp. Has anyone with a Z4M ever had a play with an F355?

I always wanted a 328GTS, lovely looking car, they were only about 270BHP I think, So the F355 was quite a jump in power to 380BHP, ive never been in one but i bet it sounds amazing

Whilst uploading my Cupholder and Spacer shots thought that I would post some of my old 911, I bought this in 1999 from my good friend, he fully restored it and rebuilt the engine a few years beforehand, i had always wanted a 911 from a very early age

Hope you like it :)

How lovely is that!!

I wonder if they knew in 1963 what they had designed and the longevity of the basic theme

Evolution not revolution as the marketing guys say :driving:
