Hi and welcome along, I was one who previously commented on here about the CSL's being advertised as genuine, nevertheless it's a great looking ///M, enjoy  :driving:

Can't remember if I commented on that thread or not, but to be fair I think most were commenting on the advert/dealer and not the car. Trying to pass of replica CSL's or genuine ones is not good.

As I have said before though, a white E86 ///M is the only coupe I would go for and this looks like a nice one.

Love the car but didn't like the spoiler or the M-badge on the front grille.

Welcome to the forum, wishing you many happy miles in the M.

Different colour than most , I still prefer black !

what fine taste you have :D
I think I prefer white & we have two black cars! The problem with black imo is it hides the shape of the spoilers & bodywork, my zed looks so plain from the front you can't see the definition of the intakes whereas with a lighter colour it stands out.

So great choice OP I think it looks awesome

thanks and i guess everyone has different tastes when comes to colour but i had to get white, i do also like black and grey though, but white was my number one choice so had to snap it up when i saw it for sale as they are quite hard to find in white

still really please with it, such alot of car for the money, my last sports car was an audi tt rs which cost me £50k, this car equals that really and alot cheaper, plus nice that the z4m's are so rare

its bloody fast as well, such a great engine, looking forward to giving it a clean at the weekend lol, just hope its decent weather :-)

awesome looking Z4M ! Although if it was me i would bin the rear spoiler, the rest of the car looks very nice though, excellent colour combo!

hi again all, ok had the car for a week now, best car ive ever had, very very happy with it and the condition is fantastic, one thing i was gonna ask, i know you guys discussed the car when it was listed on ebay, and said that the wheels werent genuine csl, why did you think this? out of interest, as i can see text around the middle which i thought was an indication they were genuine? thanks!

There are a few ways to tell.

But the OEM wheels are BBS and the logo is on the inside of the wheel.

Reps are usually heavier and not built as well. With reps being heavier it has an effect on handling. But how much is anyone's guess.

A lot of reps have the stamps on the front aka the number and BMW. But some don't, best thing to do is whip the wheel off and look for the BBS logo is there.
