My new Z4

Morning all. Just wanted to say hello. Picked up my Z4 on Saturday and loving it already. Hopefully will pick up some useful tips and tricks for everyone in the months/years to come :thumbsup:

Thank you all for the kind welcome, the wife was pleased the hanging basket got a mention !!. In answer to the SLK questions, The SLK was a right barnstormer, 355hp, pinned you to your seat when you planted the foot which engaged a massive grin, but wasn't the most pleasant to drive. The sludge box auto was not the best and it wasn't great in the corners. The sound however from the V8 was to die for. In comparison the Zed is a hell of lot nicer to drive with the manual box, it is more comfortable, handles better and somehow feels more "Special" because of all of that. Obviously way down in power to the SLK but is better for it (In a James May kind of way !). A much better driving experience all round. I do hate to mention MPG when talking cars as you don't buy a V8 with your eyes shut but 14mpg around town was a little too much to bear. I was regularly putting £70 a week in the Merc. That said a pleasure to have owned one and if someone is coming to the end of their Zed love affair and haven't tried the SLK then get yourself a V8 just for the hell of it. Watch out for the leaky roof and empty pockets though !! :driving:
 
It was just some random IPhone app that created those colours, the pic was a bit dark so I just used an app to brighten it up a bit. Will get some proper pics with my camera sometime soon. I must not become a slave to the lazy IPhone pics !! :lol:
