My new white Z4 - copied from Newbies forum

OK - I don't know whether I am supposed to post my pictures in the Newbie thread or into the gallery so I have done both.

I've probably done the wrong thing and if I have then I apologise in advance .

Well, after two weeks of glorious sunshine here in England, I finally picked it up this morning and it pi$$ed down with rain all day :P

So now I am the very proud owner of (IMO) an absolutely stunning white Z4 2.0 sport c/w 108 split rims and black leather interior :driving:

Unfortunately after playing around for 150 miles today (just for the fun of it - and my god IT WAS FUN!) it is bloody filthy (a great trait in women but not in cars).

I was pleasantly suprised to learn two great things about the car :-

1) it came c/w the official BMW ipod connector, so I can put my ipod in the glove compartment and control everything with the steering wheel 8) and
2) the interior quality of the soft-top is fantastic - much better than the TT roadster that I test drove last month.

I will post some pics on Sunday (when we are next expecting to see some sunshine) after I have given it a good clean.

Once again a great big thumps up to everyone who heped my cross over from the dark side (audi) :cheers:

Sorry about the exposure on some of the shots - I didn't have time to take the camera off the auto settings in between the rain storms. I didn't realise how bloody difficult it was to take a decent shot of a car - Big respect must go the to the gallery winners!

That is a fab looking car. If i could have had any colour, white would have been the one for me, not that i don't like the Pheonix Yellow of course! 8)
 
That's a real nice looking Zed. It looks very clean (and not bacause you just washed it ...lol) with the 108's setting it off well :thumbsup:
 
Wow looks great, I think white looks better when it's slightly overcast rather than bright sunlight (just as well in this country!). I would have loved a white Z4 when I got mine, but there were none about, so rare in the UK.
