My New Weekday Car

After many months and years driving different hire cars, my new pay package of my old job in the new merged JV company finally include a company car (plus nearly 11% pay rise and bonus). As the recruitment process is still on-going, more people will leave, and the new car order is still on hold. The company is trying to reallocate the existing cars to employees first, before ordering new cars. So I have to wait for a while until I can order a 320d M Sport.

I was given this to use weeks ago. Better than most hire cars from National Car Rental. No sport steering wheel, sports seats and sports suspension though.

I've seen a couple of M135s "making progress" recently, they sound pretty good and the DCT shift is just the icing on the cake.

I do agree though, a face only its mother could love

I had a 118d Sport as a loaner when the Zed was in the garage and liked it, handled much better than my previous 118d M Sport although I thought the car felt a tad tinny build wise. The front looks a bit better in M Sport guise. Will be seriously considering the M135i as the Zed replacement when the time comes Good cars.
