Have you checked the date on the vin plate?
 
good call, ill have a look tomorrow. I've not done any checking yet, but the original owner specc'ed this to a high standard, so I reckon it was built to order. I'm thinking a reg date of 30/3/09 must be one of the last.
 
and drop a PM to Taz whilst you're at it - he being the gatekeeper of the Coupe database...although his tenure as chairman is under investigation now he also has a roadster (albeit a pretty nice one in the scheme of things).

was it built to order or were the last few just built with good specs

pm me the last 7 digits of the vin and i'll tell you how many were made after yours

Build date is Aug 08. Seem like quite a gap, and kicks out my theory of being built to order. :?

It would certainly have been built to order but possibly customer changed their mind or delivery was very late!
