Dipped my toe back into the Classic market with this purchase 1974 TR6 total ground up restoration it looks like it’s just come off the Coventry production line
All components are upgraded or redesigned. Bodywork and chassis zinc dipped, as it will never see a winter or the wet, cannot seeing rusting in my lifetime
Looks lovely . is the fuel injected uk car ( looks like it is) used to have a TR4 myself. The TR6 make a lovely sound and you will no doubt enjoy the ride as you don't need to speed to enjoy. There used to be a TR series of races around the country so well worth having a drive out to some of them if they are still happening as you get to see quite a few of the TR crowd at them.
All the right adjectives have already been used. You must be over the moon. You just need the weather to stay dry for a bit longer this Autumn to get some use out of it before the Winter lay-up.
An engineer local to me carried out the restoration, he is now downsizing and moving down South for family reasons. Selling it, is really hurting but he has to as he will not have the space
I love the idea of a classic but they aren’t as reliable as a modern car. I couldn’t fancy leaving home without a tool box.
I did have a fancy for Morgan a few years ago, until I tried one.

I agree and it’s one of the reasons I looked for one that is as new with all modern parts, ie water, fuel pumps are Bosch instead of the original Lucas crap
 That’s simply delicious and a ‘true’ restoration, nothing beats having than the chassis and body dipped and coated in various forms, love it...!!
