Mike you don't seem to be getting my emails. You have had the money for the back box for 5 weeks now, 4 weeks longer than discussed in our first conversation. I know you have personal issues and/or are very busy but will you please send the box or transfer the money back. Returning the money will only take 5 mins. Many thanks.
 
Mike, I have not heard from you in over one month and it has been over 6 weeks that I sent you the money. I transfered £375 into your account on the 29 sept 2018 and the last communication I had from you was on the 10th Oct 2018 part of which said "I'm at the unit tomorrow so will get it packed up and courier ordered. Apols once again." I gave you the simple option of just returning the money and forgetting about the backbox. Since 10th Oct I have sent 2 more emails and posted in the forum with no reply.

I will put this message in the forum and send you an email. I will put something in writing in a few days if I get no response.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Probably do service, oil changes spark plugs and general look over to see how the old girl is doing? Can you give me a ball park figure please, won’t be until spring , but your a fair way away so will get you to do as much as possible while I’m there , just rough price for now please, thanks mike
 
Mike I have not received the backbox I paid £375 (including deposit) for on 29th Sept. It seemed you were having trouble sending a backbox so I suggested you just return the money.

I still have no backbox and the money has not been returned. Please resolve this issue asap. I will put a letter in the post tomorrow as email and forum posts do not seem to get through.

I sent a signed for letter. I have asked for a refund. I have received nothing or heard nothing. I will give a little longer then contact the court and trading standards.

I ordered a backbox by phone and email.
I paid £375
It is over 2 months
I did not get the back box
I have sent several emails and posted here several times
I have sent a letter asking for full refund as is my right.
I have heard nothing since Oct 10th
There has never been any falling out, just silence on his part.

That is it.

Al I want now is my money back.

If anyone can see another angle on this I want to know what it is.

People should not be TREATED LIKE THIS. The end . No excuse... Even if things go wrong which they do ALL the time i get that... just communicate man!!!!!. Even if the customer has pissed you off for whatever reason, send him his money back and be done with it... You can run a business like this.

I have sent a letter that I know was signed for. I gave 14 days to return my money. After that I shall contact trading standards and use the court. I have not involved the Forum and only used the forum as my emails were not answered. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, a 2 minute job by bank transfer.

Nope...
Mike Did however contact me a few weeks later Via PM and offered to bring the parts to ZEDFEST if i was attending ( i let him know i wasn't attending) or ship them to my unit which i was really happy to see that outcome and felt it was done and dusted. Sadly... they never arrived and i decided to leave it their. I clearly demonstrated what went down and how i was treated and i just had to walk away the bigger man in the end. Was giving it to much energy, im a firm believer in karma.

Nope. Not heard or received anything. I took advice and have sent another letter. I will continue taking advice step by step. The amount of time I have wasted through just ordering a backbox is somewhat irritating.
 
For someone who was extremely active on the forum he seems to have dropped it like a hot tattie now that he doesnt need it.
If he has left the forum and no longer visits, could someone who knows him not give him a nudge.
Did he not have a good friend on here who was always round his place?
 
I feel sorry for rocket having just gotten into the forum and getting he’s fingers burnt like this .... as this is a forum, as a forum, we should react . If rocket doesn’t get he’s cash back , perhaps the culprit in question should be banned , seems like at least one other person has been burned by him as well . How can he still be allowed to advertise he’s services on here , potentially allowing for someone else to get stuffed as well.
 
its very strange, its seems he does not do conflict well, he seems to shy away (run even) from situations and problems. When i go to see him for work he is always right as rain, but present him with a problem and he goes silent. I have been there and seen him close an incoming call presumably because he didnt feel upto the conversation. In a perfect world he needs a secretary to sort problems. There is no issue with the quality of his work im sure we agree, but his customer facing needs work :) I also ( because he doesntr come here so often) took it upon myself to mention rockets problem in a text i sent him - i know he read it. but did not reply, conflict avoidance is the key here. :|
