Well with 6 people coming out to see the Zed over the next 2 days, I'm fairly sure that will sell....

The Jeep is about to go to the scrap yard in the sky...

and while I have the head/heart fight over keeping the S8/RS6, I've got a new "runabout" to use....

So my new car!

Drove it up the road yesterday from Engerllland, faultless on the drive home...

plans for it is to get cleaned up, and drive... very simple...

Although going by the "worrst drivers" thread, I'll need to adjust my driving to be a bit more annoying! :poke: :poke:

As long as you don't start going on about how you're driving a Pious (sic) to 'save the planet'.... :poke:

No, no... none of that chat from me..... she can look after herself... been around long enough....

Seems I've upset and confused a lot of people though.... one of my "mates" has made this for me:

Take the batteries out.
Fit the engine form a golf blue motion.
Change the wheels.
Fit a handling pack.
Perfect commuting vehicle.

Was it cheap ?
A 1 reason car if ever there was one > skipping the London congestion charge , otherwise i just don,t get them at all ,
You have surprised me there mr C  As a self confessed lover of German performance barges to possibly one of the saddest car,s i can think of :o

Just don't go into the worst car and drivers thread lol. Not a liked car in there. Bit of a change from a jeep?

I don't like being derogatory towards a car but I have to agree with mr wilks and I have always thought it looks like it was designed by a five year old.

And no longer free for congestion charge anyway as the rules were changed.

I'm sure Cueball doesn't mind.....we don't have any of them here but I didn't realise they were now charged on. Not that I intend on purchasing anything like that.

The newest ones are still free, the older ones (not sure about the exact cut off date) are no longer exempt.

I have such exciting conversations with my taxi drivers to Heathrow

well just the sort of response I expected from a car enthusiast forum........

excellent.....

this is of course not my car, I would never lower myself to owning such a thing... just cleaning it up to sell on (it's a company car)

I sincerely apologise for offence caused by this thread... :D

ooooo thats a fugly one isnt it

i just dont understand why anyone would want to drive one of these.

to me a car is a statement of taste and affordability and this one says i have no taste and have aspirations of being tight and frugal with my money. why not buy a cheap car such as an old civic type r and use the money saved towards petrol?

i have had to drive horrible cars on occasion when mine was off the road for a day such as a fiesta diesel, a mazda 6 and a toyota corolla. everytime i had the displeasure to drive them, a little bit of me died on the inside.... possibly on the outside too

thank god its not really yours
