My 'new' car

It had bi-coloir leather originally. Red and black. Someone's swapped it out for all red by the looks of things

Not sure it did used to have red and black seats. It is the same as this https://zroadster.org/threads/project-sasha-2007-bmw-3-0si-sport-carbon-black.11610/ I think the black and red refers to the black centre console and parts of the doors and the red refers to, well, the red you can see. Am I wrong?

ah maybe, i just know when i had my z4 roadster with red leather , all it said was traumrot new england, no reference to schwarz.

As already stated though, its got partial extended leather in the doorcard but not down the trans tunnel... strange!

There is also black leather on the door and the centre console leg pads are the same smooth quality leather as the doors and seats. It is also the same as the car I added a link to, which is described as also having VOLLLEDER NEW ENGLAND/SCHWARZ/TRAUM (LBT5). I am no expert and I hope that someone on the site can clarify. :|

so should be on the A pillars and sunvisors too if it was oem spec?

It is on the sunvisors. I don't know about the A pillars yet, but I am convinced, it is the missing Picasso! :lol:

ah yeah weird, extended leather the whole transmisison tunnel is usually clad with leather all down the sides not just the knee pads, maybe there were more variations of extended
