Well i'd have to say you have the perfect M there. :thumbsup: Had to check the Garage, just in case you had nicked mine. LoL

Remove the gaiter at the bottom by pushing in on either side to release tabs. Move out of the way to give access to plug for illumination. Unplug wire then pull knob off. I do this by lowering the roof and sitting on a towel over trans tunnel and placing in 4th gear. Just mind you face so look either left or right whilst pulling.

On another note, thanks srhutch. My biggest fear is if the new gear knob doesn't fit on properly or if the old knob won't go back on again... :|

thats an old plate, is it real ?v, nice car, you cant beat the all black interior imo, you mentioned if " everything is as it should be " ? errr WHERES THE ROOF !!! :poke: :roll: :enjoy ! :thumbsup:
