I've just looked at your videos and in the first one you could tell the van was wandering towards the left lane.
In the second video, you slow at the junction to turn right and although the 4X4 coming the opposite way indicates to turn left late, he does so before you actually start to turn right! You then had to stop behind the row of parked cars but then proceed to go into the opposite carriageway, despite another car becoming visible before you make your move. You then carry on right to the very end of the line of parked cars, despite there being breaks in the row of parked vehicles where you should have pulled to the left to allow the oncoming cars to proceed, because they had right of way. Your persistence in driving to the end of the parked vehicles caused several other vehicles to pull to the side of the road to allow you to pass. I'm sorry, but your dashcam recording shows you to be at fault on several counts.
