My nav screen wont go down when i push the button

Hi Guys,

the screen pops up and down when I start/shut the car off. But when in motion and driving the screen wont flip down when i press either of the buttons to the side of it.. :?

Cant remember if this is normal or not? Also seems to be a delay like the computer is thinking when i pop the key out and it flips down..

Is this normal?

It shoudl fold down by pressing the RHS button when driving. I guess designed so you can avoid being distracted by it at night, etc.

Drops down pretty quick when the ignition is turned off.

I wouldn't touch it on a car that's under a full dealer warranty. Easy a job as it is I'd let the dealer sort the problem first, then update if required.
 
My screen started to fail last year, sometimes wouldn't open and had to push it to work. dealer replaced it under warranty. It's not an unknown fault.
