Outside shots and install of intake
After cleaning alternator etc haha

All in and sooooo easy to do
Roof down all afternoon listening to it!!
God it sounds great!!

that looks so cool in blue...

the z4//M wiring loom setup is so messy.... i really with bmws did it alittle neater.

Agreed could look nicer but I'm loving the noise
My fuel economy however ;)

Looks excellent and I'm even more gutted I missed out on the blue Eventuri.

Car looks great sat on the CSL's too.

@ mark most detailers I contacted before mate made me the offer, were in region of £1200-1900+
Depending on what finish

I honestly won't lie I don't know but give mal a buzz and say from here and he will work with you:)

As dear god my car looks better than new!
The colour is a far deeper slicker kind of wet blue
Even mates have said it as wanted to see results
I wish had done it when bought it
As it simply makes it stunning
I've had a stupid grin roof down gunning it in 2/3 listening to intake noise
Then slowly driving in traffic and watching the faces of their brand new car looking old haha

Dpd your a gent, if that bothered perhaps ask them n sell yours?

Not surprised you're delighted - fabulous work!

Don't take it home - just leave it there and keep going back to look

Haha paul you have no idea how close to the truth that is!!

Mate whom did detailing and owner and I sat and just looked at in the dark with lights on it thinking wow

We all laughed saying shame to drive it !!
It spotted with drips and back inside it went for an hour haha
Then up again to clear any waxes I'd missed in dark and intake it:)

Your all v kind and I'm v happy!
So sorry if a lot of pics haha

Happy for you, and great taste in color&wheels! :)

Did you ever drive it without the strutbrace? I'm considering buying the one you got.

Evening buddy and thank you

That I did and I found it was a bit wallowy in corners
And that definitely helped sort it out and keep it flatter but still felt it lent a bit

So fitted H&R arb front and rear
Now it's as flat as a pancake in corners and know what cars up to

Strut from Bmw isn't cheap
But if it goes wrong I get to throw toys out of pram at them:)

Your detailing job looks amazing. And that blue Eventuri with the CSL's, oh man, that has me salivating. It's on my list of future mods. I purchased your twin in the states a couple of months ago. 2006 IB M Roadster. I enjoy detailing, so I've been working on mine when time allows, and finally finished polishing all of the paint. It's amazing how deep the IB goes when the surface is polished and crystal clear. Congrats on a stellar detail on your car.

Do you know if they did any wet sanding? Most BMW paint jobs tends to have what we call orange peel here in the states -- a sort of dimpled look, and the only way to correct it is wet sanding. In your pictures, it appeared your paint surface was perfectly flat and mirror reflective.

Do you also happen to know what product they used to black your tires?

Great looking (and I'm sure great sounding) Z4M!

Salty

Morning buddy
Firstly thank you :)
And yes bm paint is orangey
He did wet sand it back to get flat before polishing it before sealant treatments
And thank you, as you've said about the colour change on it!
As people were thinking when I showed them pics on my phone/camera as I took the shots

That I had enhanced the blue!
I drove it to my mates to show him haha

That shut him up;)

Ref tyres I'll let you know Monday
As I put it on tyres whilst he did bodywork
And it's great stuff as I used it on engine bay too

And the noise ;) haha

Let you know tomorrow buddy

Stunning, heads will turn when you drive that down the road - looks like its just rolled out of the showroom

God your a great bunch :)
It's a mix of grin , loud noise , smile avoid police haha

Ref alternator sacrificing nails for the cause
Autosol metal polish and a good rag then buff:)

Well give mate a shout or we can all do a meet on a sunny or dry day somewhere?
As quite a few around here it appears

Mate I drove to Oxford today around 1 saw the clouds coming over and went home:(

Wiped it down and put to bed haha
