Easy to find it :D

......... I read about the 'photo tropic' response plants have bending and drawn to strong light, give it a moment and a battered people carrier full of door wielding kids and old people will park right up alongside you, sort of 'Zeefour tropic' response to parking a Z4 in the open :?

Lovely parking!

Had a couple of occasions this weekend where I've parked solo and come back to find old bangers either side!

JimmyPop, I have stopped parking on my own for that reason, I think sars mentioned it. Now I just find a nice spot inbetween some reasonably respectable motors.

I'd rather do that, than come back to some rusty old piece of crap squeezed up against my door

I wouldn't be too concerned about that with parking spaces that big! :D

Only problem with that is when the two nice cars either side of you drive away and you come back to a rust bucket on one side and a people carrier on the other! :headbang:

I always try and park at the end of a row, or next to something that can't move.... like a wall!

Also in a supermarket don't park near the trolley bays!

This is my outlook on parking too. It's rubbed off on the fiancée aswell now :)

Great pics Andy

a Z4 should not even be taken to a supermarket carpark, at worst case drop somebody off to do the shopping then pick them up later

I was sat in the car on saturday in M&S car park (sent the missus in so I could guard the car as it was very busy)

I've been sat there no more than 5 minutes and I see a "large" lady coming up my nearside to get into her people carrier on the left. She obviously didn't see me, her door - straight into my wing mirror. Suffice to say, the window was rolled down and I gave her a few words of advice. Luckily there is no damage.

I can actually feel my blood boil when I read posts like this.. Is it wrong that I could actually pull their heads off and curl one out down their neck when people do stuff like this.. Really winds me up!!!

Thankfully there was no damage to your car!

You just can't have a nice car any more without worrying -it will either be dinted by idiots opening their door into it or keyed by idiots who have nothing better to do if your not careful where you park.

I watched my uncle's fiancee get into his car last night. She flung the door wide open - as wide as it could possibly go. Not sure if the door hit my dad's Mercedes. She then got into the car and struggled to close the door because it was too far away for her short arms.

She's not going to be my favourite aunty, that's for sure.
