I picked my car up at the weekend after it being away for a month having a full paint correction, detail & Gtechniq treatment. I am astounded by the work that Ultimate Shine Autos in Stirling have carried out. The paintwork is almost flawless again. I would say at least 98% of swirls have been removed and the paint has been brought back to life. The car probably looks better than the day it left the showroom. I only have a few pictures from when I collected it but I will take some more once I've given it a clean (it's bloody filthy after the drive back to Aberdeen.

The photos really don't do the car and the work carried out any justice. Ultimate Shine Autos have quite a high class of customer - when I dropped the car off their was a Ferrari F458, Merc SLS, Aston DBS, Lambo Superleggera amongst other exotica and exec saloons in the workshop. So it was lovely to hear that the little ZM got the majority of comments from other customers. I would highly recommend their services to anybody looking to give their car a bit of love.

I still secretly harbour a deep love of Imola Zs, and that looks gorgeous :thumbsup:

Car looks amazing, but i have to ask why you would do it this time of year? Surely it would have made more sense to wait until spring after the winter months? Unless of course its going to be tucked away in a garage for a while.

Good question. Main reason was to give it some proper protection over the winter. The car will spend most of the time under a cover as I will be heading back to Brazil for work shortly. The other reason is I have purchased a house, so if I didn't do it now, then the chances are the missus would tie the cash up in furniture or something along those lines. The car has been finished with an EXO coating which is a hard wearing top coat that is good for 12-18months. So in theory a snow foam and jet wash will have the car looking pristine again so I should be able to avoid re-introducing all of those nasty swirls in the paint work again :-)

I'd rather put some elbow grease in. Hoping to get my front bumper sprayed over winter whilst mine is off the road.
 
Very nice indeed!! :D The wheel finish also suits the imola red too!

BTW - those to big blokes taking a break in one of the photos....are they the detailers?
