My Gaz Gold Coilovers now sold!

Well done for you buddy. I am a bit gutted I really wanted them just couldn't raise the cash in time  still it sounds like they found a like minded new owner

Well im quite happy, they only went for £175 and were picked up. Quite a bit less than I wanted, but with it been cash in hand out of ebay ive saved on ebay fees too :D

Im sure some others will come around at some point soon for you both

Thanks mike! Good to meet you!
Happy with the coilovers and the ride, I fitted them Friday after modifying the front struts and this weekend I've been tweaking the settings im very happy with the ride and setup. I hairdryered out my misty headlights too they stayed clear for a couple of hours then misted up again. Here's a photo of my z4 on x5 wheels:

Isn't that the second zed we've seen with those wheels? :?

I'm sorry if my photo bores you??
I thought i was the first but it seems mike beat me to it! I came accross my x5 wheels by chance, they need a refurb and needed two cracks welding on the inside rears which I has a friend weld up and smooth for me. I think they're the perfect wheels to compliment the aggressive stylin of the z4 with the meaty thick 5 spokes I'm very happy with them, plus they hide my tiny 2.0 brakes quite well!

No not at all! Sorry if it came over that way. The other car caused quite some comment. I was surprised to see another

The trouble with email, text and forums, no tone of voice. Apologies again if offence caused, none meant.

Stuart the other car with those wheels on were mine :D

Cheers James! how do the wheels fit now its lowered? any trouble with rubbing? Did you put any spacers to them?

Hi mikey, no rubbing so far and no problems, I want to raise the rear about 10mm as it looks like its speedboating! I have 3mm spacers on the front, I'm going to order some 15mm spacers for the front and 25mm spacers for the rear to try get a better stance ill fit them next weekend when I paint the wheels grey to match the roof.

Sorry Stuart, your right I I misunderstood your message and the smiley but I understand now :) thanks

thats good :D i used 3mm spacers on the front too!

Looking at putting 12mm spacers all round at the moment to get it about right

Glad you sold them Mike  I was very tempted I must say. I've just bought Caterfield with a Hayabusa engine so thought it best to leave the zed alone lol

might not be to everyones taste, but ive now fitted some wider spacers front and rear to give the z4 better stance

I am not the biggest fan of the stance look. I don't hate it like some on hear. But that looks great you and Marius have it just about right. Now is the going to be a little rivalry hear hows the lowest widest??? :fuelfire:
