Good Evening
Just bought my first Z4 and even though its been less than 48hrs I'm already in love!
I'm very interested in hearing from you guys to what mods and accessories you recommend to enhance the looks/performance of this stunning sports car, look forward to hearing yr thoughts

Hi, nice looking zed 8)
Is it a 3.0si? Not a huge amount you can easily do to improve the performance of those as 262bhp isn’t bad from a 3litre normally aspirated engine to start with

Don't think its a 3.0 Rob , side badge "i" as opposed to "Si"
Welcome to the forum Willie

Hi Guys, thanks for the warm welcome.. Rob I'm afraid Mr W is correct it's only a 2.0 but still gives me a massive smile! :D

Yes I love the colour combo! Can't stop looking at it... Will I go blind?!? 😎IMG_20190211_165141.jpg

Welcome to the forum
That’s a cracking car . Well done , glad it’s doing it’s job and putting a permanent smile on your face .... they do that ... for years and years apparently  very addictive these ZEDs :driving:

Nice colours... interior with subtle red leather & stitching on dash, lush,

I think u purchased righ first time with a real cracker of a car on 108’s & M sport seats. If u have speakers behind the seats it’ll have the upgraded stereo like my old one which was awesome

Welcome & roll on summer

Very nice looking car, like the sport seats. Had my Z for 6 months or so and don’t know why I didn’t buy one sooner.
My advice is to make sure everything works as it should and servicing is up to date then you can prioritise what you do to it. A ZHP gearknob is a cheap and nice addition.
:D

Thanks for the welcome and comments... Can I ask how reliable the 2.0 engines are? I did a fair amount of homework but I'm guessing no one knows better than you guys

It seems some owners swear by them & others swear at them!
Somewhere in between is probably fair? :?

My first Zed was a 2.0 - great in the bends but I found it underpowered in a straight line, it also regularly threw up engine warning lights that I never got to the bottom of. It had the two tone leather m sport seats and the leather dash like yours, mine was titanium silver - there's no doubt it was a great looking roadster.

oh dear, i will say this - no good will come of asking this lot for an honest appraisal after the fact because everybody is convinced theirs is the best, ergo your isnt :)
I spent maybe 20 years lusting after a 3.0 engined car, now i have one im battered daily by those with bigger faster better newer brighter sharper whatevers. So if it makes you happy - ignore them :D
