A few photos from today after a 460 mile round trip yesterday to collect this 2.5 as mentioned in the Newbies Section.

Let me know what you think (good and bad).

Like the wheels - look impressive on the Zed - black with red leather is always popular.

How do you like it?

:driving:

A couple of tweaks tonight.

Stubby aerial fitted, hoovered and cleaned the interior!

:D

Issue with Alpine head unit UBS lead - doesn't like iPad nano, so will buy a Memory stick and download some good music for open top motoring.

Great forum guys and thanks for the warm welcome. :)

I do that once every 2 years Johnny

A few weeks ago I found a big spiders web behind the drivers seat head rest. Hadn't seen it before as my hardtop has been on since September.

I can imagine you going insane if you found that in yours

I think I may become OCD on the cleaning front

Z drives beautifully and is perfectly balanced and will be perfect for B road early Sunday trips.

Power delivery is super smooth and the 6 cylinder engine is one of BMW's best methinks.

When you say "hoovered and cleaned interior" do you mean clean as in using a dyson hoover, i small detail brush for all nooks, vents even the seat rails to remove all dust fluff and debrie then clean and treated the leather, cleaned glass, detail spray all trims including parcel shelf, cleaned the door shuts, cleaned pedals, then used a air freshner spray on carpets......we love a OCD clean on the forum........well some of us lol

Jonny, a man after my heart - ipod on, bit of Pink Floyd, & a days cleaning the interior on a warm day

USB sorted with new memory stick, took the car out tonight, roof down in 2.5 temperatures, Daughtry on the stereo, heated seats on - what a great driving experience.

Still smiling after returning home from my B road trip and finally I have a car to enjoy.

Superb motor car :driving:

Is that M sport front bumper???

Yes

Previous owner spent a few £££s on tweaking the car to how he wanted it to look (I think he did a good job).

PS Roof down since Saturday a.m. :driving:
