My first wash (the car, not me!)

Evening all.

Just finished four and a bit hours of cleaning - first wash of the new car. Used Sonus detailer and Zainio leather treatment on the interior, and now it looks great and smells citrus fresh! Used Victoria's car shampoo and wax on the outside, as well as Autoglym hood cleaner and then protector. Finally I gave alloy cleaner and glass cleaner a go. Still got one panel left to wax but it was getting dark! Will finish that and try out the Victoria glaze stuff I got in the set tomorrow.

Hoping it all will have been worth it when I take the car out tomorrow because the wallet took a bit of a dent. :cry:

Mr Griff, sounds like you had fun - the lesson is, don't post till it's done :P
 
Finally got around to uploading some images of the Zeddy. Apologies for the not so picturesque location and not bothering to wash the tires on this occasion (muddy driveway, bit pointless).

Not quite perfection yet but never actually done any of this before so much to learn! Will give claying a go next time. :D
 
19-inch CSL alloys. Originally I wanted 108s but have to say the CSL look has more presence.
