My pre polish - snow foam with megs hyper wash, 2 bucket with AG shampoo, trix iron and tar remover, megs clay with AG rapid detailer.

Wow... how much would you charge to do mine?

Looks great

Gave mine a quick polish as well yesterday.

Two bucket wash with a Megs shampoo (can't remember which one but it's banana yellow!)
Rinse
Dry
Clay with Sonus extra fine detailing clay
Rinse
Dry
Machine polish with Megs G220 with a mix of Menzerna 3000 and Menzerna 500 on Sonus SFX-2 and SFX-3 pads
Auto Finesse Rejuvenate pre-wax treatment
Collinite 476s wax.

Didn't do a full correction, I didn't have time. Just a quick polish to get rid of a few swirls and the odd scratch.

It's a labour of love at the minute not offering my services as I'm still learning.

However I have had a bit of bad luck today when the drivers side mirror glass flew out Whilst doing 65!
What's worse is it's broke on the bodywork scratching the door and just above the rear wheel. Most of it will polish out but some will need touching up. But at least another hour or two's polishing, body's hop for touch up. Luckily have a friend with BMW approved bodyshop.
So so frustrated! Photos tomorrow.

first time I detailed my car... 2 hexlogic pads ripped clean off the backing pad... useless!!
was probably me lifting the DA off the paintwork whilst it was spinning at max speed though

only got 1 pad left and its a finishing pad! I need to buy some more...easy way to go through cash though at like £8 a pop or so

Now I know my error i hope it doesn't happen again

still I got a lovely result from mezernas+hexlogic pads

this is bare paint, over a month after I did a detailing correct.....
is it a bonnet or is it a mirror 8)

Wow impressive stuff.

Really wish i could get a DA, but sadly without a useable garage it seems pointless :(

I don't have a garage either but I manage!! Used mine on Tuesday. It's much easier this time of year with longer daylight hours.

+1 on not having a garage but still use a DA makes detailing so much easier;)
