My first drift day experience

How did the car fare at the end of the day? I'm taking mine on a track day at Bedford - I have Charlie Butler-Henderson (brother of Vicky Butler-Henderson from 5th gear etc) showing me the ropes for a day so I'm really looking forward to it, I'm just hoping it doesn't end up costing the earth to replace parts! We're also taking an e92 M3 and a remapped Abarth 500 so we'll have a range of different driving experiences.

I wasn't hammering it to be honest. It was a very warm day around 29c. The water temperature was around 100c and I didn't feel that it would get any higher despite bouncing off the redline a few times around the corner. I'd say the breaks were the weakest part of the car... Felt a bit soft after a few hard runs and didn't inspire confidence after a while.
